By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our applications and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our apps.
Using our services in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
Using our AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us (via Firebase or other methods), you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. Rexanite Studio reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of our services are billed on a subscription basis via the Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage these entitlements. All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Rexanite Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the logo, UI design, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Rexanite Studio. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rexanite Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rexanite Studio, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
