Rexanite Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Routinexa mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. This policy applies to all users worldwide, including those in the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA), and other jurisdictions.

2. What Data We Collect

a. Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture solely for authentication purposes. You may also use the App as a guest without providing any personal information.

b. Routine & Goal Data

All routines, goals, and completion records you create are stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. This data is never uploaded to our servers.

c. AI Usage Data

When you use the AI assistant or routine evaluation features, your routine titles and chat messages are sent to our AI backend (Cloudflare Workers) to generate a response. These messages are processed in real time and are not permanently stored by us.

d. Purchase & Subscription Data

If you purchase a Premium subscription, your transaction is processed by the Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may collect your purchase receipt, subscription status, and an anonymous device identifier. We do not store your payment card details.

e. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect location data.
We do not use advertising SDKs or track you across other apps.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the following legal bases:

Contract performance — to create and manage your account and deliver the services you requested.
Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

4. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate your identity and maintain your account.
To process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
To generate AI-powered responses and routine suggestions.
To send local notifications and reminders you have configured.
To improve the App's functionality and fix issues.

Account data — retained until you delete your account.
Routine & goal data — stored locally on your device; deleted when you delete the app or your account.
AI messages — not permanently stored by us.
Subscription data — retained by RevenueCat per their data retention policy.

7. Your Rights

All Users

Access & correction — you can view and update your account information within the App.
Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings screen at any time.

EEA / UK Users (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Contact us at support@rexanite.com.

California Users (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what information is collected and request deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
